This product is a reactive polymer waterproof coating consisting of Components A and B. Component A is a polyurethane prepolymer obtained through the polymerization of polyether and isocyanate, while Component B is a mixture of various additives, fillers, and other ingredients. Specifically developed for roads and bridges, this polyurethane waterproof coating offers excellent heat resistance, adhesion, and shear strength. Once applied, it forms a highly elastic coating film capable of withstanding long-term load movements on roads and bridges, preventing structural damage, rebar corrosion, and concrete carbonation caused by water seepage, thereby extending the service life of these structures.
Products are labeled in the order of name, usage, category, and standard number.

Cleaning the Base
Spray Coating: Cleaning, Inspection, and Acceptance
Basic Requirements:
◎ The surface should be solid and level. When leveling with cement mortar, it must be properly cured and must not exhibit any signs of crumbling, sanding, or peeling.
◎ Concrete surfaces must be roughened, planed, or shot-blasted.
◎ The moisture content of the bridge deck shall not exceed 15%.
Coating Application: The coating may be applied by brushing, rolling, or spraying. It should be applied in layers, preferably in 3–4 coats. Each subsequent coat should be applied after the previous coat has cured and formed a film, and the application direction should be perpendicular to that of the previous coat.
◎ Stir the paint thoroughly before use.
◎ The recommended application temperature is 5–35°C.
◎ The waterproofing layer must be completely dry before asphalt can be laid.
◎ Do not walk on the coating or allow vehicles to drive over it until it has dried and the asphalt concrete has been laid.
◎ Waterproofing for bridge deck expansion joints, guardrail expansion joints, bridge deck drainage outlets, and other similar areas requires enhanced treatment.
For a 1.0 mm-thick coating film, the total paint consumption is approximately 1.4–1.6 kg/m².
Suitable for anti-corrosion, anti-seepage, and waterproofing projects on bridges and highways.
