This product is a flexible waterproofing mortar made by mixing cement and fine aggregate—the main components—with polymers, additives, and other modifying materials in appropriate proportions. It is abbreviated as JJ waterproofing mortar and is commonly known as K11.
Single-component polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing mortar consists of cement, fine aggregate, redispersible latex powder, and additives.
This two-component polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing mortar consists of an organic liquid component made from high-quality acrylic emulsion and various additives, and an inorganic powder component made from special cement and fine aggregates. When mixed in a specific ratio, these components form a two-component, cement-based, flexible-rigid waterproof coating material.
Products are classified by composition into single-component (Class S) and two-component (Class D) types.
Single-component (Class S): Consists of cement, fine aggregate, redispersible latex powder, additives, and other components.
Two-component (Type D): Consists of a powder component (cement, fine aggregate, etc.) and a liquid component (polymer emulsion, additives, etc.).
Based on their physical and mechanical properties, they are classified into two types: Type I (general-purpose) and Type II (flexible).
Products are labeled in the following order: name, type, and standard number.

Cleaning the Base

Substrate Preparation: The substrate must be sound, clean, level, damp, free of oil, and free of loose dust; if the substrate has defects such as pores or cracks, they must be repaired and smoothed out in advance with cement mortar.
Detail Work: Fill the reserved grooves with sealant as specified in the design; apply multiple coats at inside and outside corners and around pipe roots.
Application Instructions: Use a roller or brush to apply the mixture evenly to the prepared substrate, applying two or more coats; Once the first coat has dried to the point where it is no longer tacky to the touch (usually 1–2 hours), apply the second coat. Each subsequent coat should be applied at a right angle to the previous one. If more than 24 hours have passed or the coating has fully cured, the surface must be re-wetted with clean water before applying the second coat.
Protection of the Finished Product: Until the waterproofing layer has fully cured after installation, do not allow foot traffic, exposure to rain, direct sunlight, or damage from sharp objects. Any damaged waterproofing layer must be repaired promptly.
For a 1.0 mm-thick coating film, the total paint consumption is approximately 2.3–2.5 kg/m².
Used for waterproofing and moisture protection in non-exposed roofing projects; and for coating-based waterproofing in underground structures, tunnels, and storage caverns.
Suitable for waterproofing and moisture protection in bathrooms, kitchens, floors, balconies, sinks, walls, and other areas.
