This product is a two-component, water-based waterproof coating made primarily from polymer emulsion and cement, with the addition of sand and other additives. As the polymer emulsion loses water, it forms a cohesive, continuous, elastic film, while the cement absorbs the water in the coating to form a flexible, elastic coating that exhibits excellent compatibility with the substrate, resulting in a coating that combines both rigidity and flexibility.
They are classified into Type I, Type II, and Type III based on their physical properties.

Cleaning the Base

Substrate Requirements: The substrate must be level and dry; any low spots or protrusions must be leveled. No sanding or cracking is permitted, and standing water is strictly prohibited.
Detail Treatment: Corners should be rounded or chamfered. Internal and external corners, construction joints, and pipes penetrating walls should be reinforced with a substrate or coated with multiple layers of paint and sealed tightly with sealant.
Type I, liquid : powder : water = 1:1:0
Type II, liquid : powder : water = 1:1.5:0.2–0.5
Type III, liquid : powder : water = 1:2:0.2–0.5
Mixing: Measure out the ingredients according to the specified proportions. While mixing, slowly pour the powdered ingredients into the liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly until there are no lumps remaining in the mixture.
Application: Use a scraper to apply the coating evenly to the substrate. After application, inspect the surface carefully to ensure there are no bare spots. Once the primer has cured, proceed with large-area application. The number of coats should be determined according to design requirements; it is recommended to apply at least three coats. During application, each coat should be applied in the same direction, with the next coat applied perpendicular to the previous one. Allow an 8-hour interval between coats, ensuring the coating is fully cured and no longer tacky. To prepare a colored coating, simply add pigment to the topcoat.
For a 1.0 mm-thick coating film, the total paint consumption is approximately 2.2–2.5 kg/m².
Suitable for waterproofing, seepage prevention, and moisture protection in bathrooms, kitchens, floors, balconies, and other areas.
It can also be used as one of the layers in a multi-layer waterproofing system for Class I and II roofs;
Type I products are primarily suitable for building waterproofing projects in environments where the structure is not subject to long-term submersion;
Type II and Type III are primarily used for waterproofing on the water-facing and non-water-facing sides;
When used in areas subject to prolonged immersion in water, the product’s water resistance must comply with the requirements of the relevant standards.
