This product is a waterproofing material consisting of an HDPE (high-density polyethylene) sheet as the base membrane, with a polymer adhesive layer and a reactive inorganic polymer particle anti-adhesive layer applied to one side; it is a pre-applied waterproofing membrane with excellent performance.
This material offers exceptional resistance to puncture, impact, weathering, and extreme temperatures. Using the pre-laid reverse-adhesion method, the polymer self-adhesive film forms an effective bond with the unhardened cement paste in the concrete under pressure, Once the concrete has cured, the membrane bonds seamlessly with the subsequently poured concrete, achieving full adhesion and completely preventing water penetration.

Width: 1 m, 2 m; Total thickness of the roll material: 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.7 mm.
The thickness of the main material of the product shall not be less than 0.7 mm; the total thickness shall not be less than 1.2 mm; the adhesive layer shall be at least 0.25 mm thick; and the width of the area without adhesive along the longitudinal edges of the overlapped rolls shall not exceed 5 mm. (Other specifications may be agreed upon by the supplier and the purchaser.)
Class P—Plastic Waterproofing Membranes; marked in the following order: name, standard number, type, thickness of the main material/total thickness, and area.
Example: A 20 m² plastic pre-applied waterproofing membrane with a total thickness of 1.2 mm and a base material thickness of 0.9 mm is labeled as:
Pre-laid Waterproofing Membrane GB/T 23457-2017-P 0.9/1.2-20.
The membrane is pre-laid on the substrate, and the release film on the upper surface is removed before pouring the concrete. For horizontal surfaces, the membrane is installed using the loose-laid method, while for vertical surfaces, it is mechanically fastened. This ensures a “cured bond” between the membrane and the concrete, forming a 100% bond with the concrete structure.

Suitable for waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and seepage-proofing projects in underground structures, tunnels, subways, and similar environments.
The product complies with the GB/T 23457-2017 "Pre-applied Waterproofing Membranes" standard and also meets the requirements of GB 50108-2008 "Technical Specifications for Waterproofing of Underground Structures."
