QQC-10F Eco-Friendly Super-Adhesive Rubber-Asphalt Waterproof Coating

This product is a waterproof coating made from high-quality, environmentally friendly asphalt, combined with various rubber modifiers, tackifiers, stabilizers, and other additives. It features exceptional penetrating power, allowing it to adhere firmly to the substrate, fill cracks in the surface, and form a “skin-like” bond with the substrate.

Product Features

• With exceptional penetrating power and adhesion, it penetrates deep into the concrete to form a “wetting-type” bond, eliminating water pathways and enhancing the reliability and safety of the waterproofing system;
• It possesses exceptional self-healing capabilities, which limit damage to a specific area, making leaks easy to locate;
• It has excellent physical properties, good resistance to aging, and a long service life. It can withstand climatic changes in both hot and cold regions;
• No evaporation or reaction is required to form a film; a single coat is all that is needed, which greatly facilitates subsequent operations;
• It uses eco-friendly asphalt as a binder; it has a high flash point and is non-volatile, making it an environmentally friendly material.

Construction Methods

• Requirements for Grassroots Units

◎ Before applying the waterproof coating, repair any pores, unevenness, honeycombing, cracks, or sanding on the substrate surface. The substrate must be clean, free of loose mortar, free of water droplets, and watertight.

◎ Before applying the coating, the inside and outside corners of the substrate should be rounded; the radius of the inside corners should be greater than 50 mm, and the radius of the outside corners should be greater than 10 mm.

◎ All corners and inside and outside corners shall be finished with a rounded edge or a 45° bevel.

• Paint Application

◎ Before application, the waterproofing coating should be heated until it reaches a liquid state. While heating the coating, be sure to stir it to prevent localized overheating.

◎ Before applying the coating, you must first mark out the reference lines. Once the reference lines are marked, begin positioning and test-laying the waterproofing membrane. Place the membrane along the marked reference lines, then roll it from both ends toward the center. Spray or scrape the preheated coating evenly onto the substrate in front of the rolled-up membrane, ensuring it is uniform and smooth, avoiding any areas that are too thick or too thin.

Applications

Suitable for subbases with significant unevenness and high stress, as well as areas where deformation is foreseeable or occurs frequently;

It is particularly suitable for projects where open-flame installation, mechanical installation, and cold-adhesive installation are not permitted;

It is primarily used for waterproofing and leak-sealing projects in underground structures, rooftops, subways, tunnels, culverts, roads, bridges, and similar locations.

Packaging, Storage, and Transportation

• Packaging: Packed in sealed metal drums.
• Storage and Transportation: This product is not flammable or explosive and may be transported as general cargo. During transport, protect the product from freezing, rain, direct sunlight, crushing, and impact, and ensure the packaging remains intact. The storage temperature should not exceed 40°C. Under normal storage and transport conditions, the shelf life is at least 12 months from the date of manufacture.
