This product is a waterproofing material manufactured primarily from chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) resin, with the addition of additives such as stabilizers, antioxidants, anti-aging agents, and UV absorbers.

1. CPE Sheets
Structural Diagram of a Reinforced Fiber Composite Roll Material within a Fabric
Products are classified based on whether they have a composite layer: those without a composite layer are classified as Class N, those with a single-sided fiber composite layer are classified as Class L, and those with internal fabric reinforcement are classified as Class W.
Each product category is classified into Type I and Type II based on its physical and chemical properties.
Thickness: 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm; Length: 10 m, 15 m, 20 m. (Other lengths and thicknesses may be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer; however, the thickness must not be less than 1.2 mm.)
Mark according to product name (code: CPE sheet), exposed or non-exposed use, type, thickness, length × width, and standard sequence.
Example: 20 m long, 1.2 m wide, 1.5 mm thick. Type II, Class L exposed-use chlorinated polyethylene waterproofing membrane is labeled as:
CPE Roll Material—Exposed—L II 1.5/20×1.2 GB 12953-2003
Using the cold-adhesive method, after the substrate has passed inspection, evenly apply a special adhesive to its surface. While applying the adhesive, roll out the membrane and then press it down to remove any air pockets.
Suitable for waterproofing and seepage prevention projects on roofs, underground structures, tunnels, subways, bridges, and more.
Applicable standard: GB 12953-2003 “Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) Waterproofing Membranes.”
