This product is a waterproof membrane primarily made from virgin polyethylene resin, combined with additives such as anti-aging agents, stabilizers, and adhesion promoters, and produced through a plasticization and extrusion process in which it is laminated in a single step with high-strength polyester nonwoven fabric.
Classified by material thickness:
Polypropylene thickness: 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm.
Polyester thickness: 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm.
FS2—resin-based composite sheet; PE—polyethylene.
Products are marked in the following order: type code, material (abbreviation or code), and dimensions (length × width × thickness).
Example: A composite polyethylene resin sheet with a length of 87 m, a width of 1.15 m, and a thickness of 0.6 mm is labeled as: FS2-PE-87 m × 1.15 mm × 0.6 mm.
◎If the substrate is dry, thoroughly wet it until it is saturated; construction may begin once there is no standing water;
◎ Keep the thickness of the bonding material at 1.3 mm;
◎ Strictly control the mixing ratio of the waterproofing adhesive;
Preparing Polymer-Cement Waterproofing Adhesive:
Option 1: Use cement, 801 adhesive, and water in the following weight ratios:
Cement: 801 Adhesive: Water = 3:1:1–2
Option 2: Use cement, M3 adhesive powder, and water in the following weight ratios
Cement : M3 adhesive powder : Water = 50:1:30–50
