There are three drive modes to choose from:
Mechanically independent drive. Two diesel engines operate in parallel to drive the winch and turntable.
A single-pump unit consisting of an F-1300 pump is driven by two diesel engines via a coupling and a reduction gearbox.
Electric independent drive. Two 450-kW AC variable-frequency motors drive a first-stage gear winch via a gearbox, while the turntable is driven independently by a single 800-kW AC variable-frequency motor. Two 1,000-kW AC variable-frequency motors drive the F-1300 pump’s single-unit pump assembly via a belt drive.
Hybrid drive system. One 800-kW AC variable-frequency motor drives the turntable; two diesel engines in a chain-box configuration operate in parallel to drive two F1300 pumps and one 1,000-kW generator.
Due to their excellent cost-effectiveness and high mobility, more and more drilling contractors in certain specialized regions have begun to use trailer-mounted drilling rigs. In addition to researching and developing light- to medium-duty trailer-mounted drilling rigs (1,500 m to 4,000 m), we are also developing high-power trailer-mounted drilling rigs (5,000 m to 7,000 m, 1,500 to 2,000 HP) to meet the urgent needs of a wide range of domestic and international customers. We can meet the individual needs of different users.
The drilling rig is divided into the following transport modules:
Derrick, base, and winches (2 or 3 trucks) Two mud pumps (2 trucks) Power unit and air supply system (1 truck) Solids control circulation tanks (5 trucks) Diesel tanks and fuel tanks (1 truck) Water tanks (1 truck) Drill pipes and drill pipe racks (6 trucks) Materials shed and tool shed (1 truck) Total number of transport trips for the above items: ≤20 trucks
