This product is a new type of waterproofing material made primarily from asphalt and chlorobutyl rubber. It maintains a viscous paste-like consistency with creep properties even under long-term use. The product seals cracks and capillaries in the substrate, adapts to complex application surfaces, and does not cure even after prolonged exposure to air, consistently maintaining its viscous, gel-like properties.
Non-curing rubber-asphalt waterproofing coatings must be used in combination with waterproofing membranes. They can be applied using either a trowel or a spray.
It is primarily suitable for areas that are easy to apply by trowel—such as underground floor slabs, vertical walls, and roofs—as well as at joints, for small-scale waterproofing projects, and for areas where spray application is not suitable.
It is primarily suitable for large-area waterproofing projects and areas where application by brushing is difficult.
Spraying work should be carried out in sections, and protective covering should be set up in advance. Each application pass should extend 300 mm beyond the width of the membrane. Adjust the distance and angle between the spray nozzle and the substrate. During application, spray in multiple passes to achieve the designed thickness, alternating the spray direction with each pass. The overlap width between successive passes within the same layer should be 30–50 mm.
Before applying the coating, lay the waterproofing membrane flat on the substrate, then begin rolling it from both ends toward the center. At this point, apply the preheated waterproofing coating using a spray or trowel method, starting from the front of the rolled-up membrane. Lay the membrane while applying the coating, or wait 2–3 minutes before laying it. The coating must be applied evenly and smoothly, with no exposed substrate and a uniform thickness throughout.
Suitable for subbases with significant unevenness and high stress, as well as areas where deformation is foreseeable or occurs frequently;
Suitable for projects where open-flame installation, mechanical installation, and cold-adhesive installation are not permitted;
Suitable for waterproofing and leak-sealing projects in underground structures, on rooftops, in subways, tunnels, culverts, roads, bridges, and other similar locations;
