NW-Acrylate Grout

NW Acrylate Grouting Material is a highly elastic gel formed primarily from acrylate monomers, with water as a diluent, under the action of specific initiators and accelerators. This product contains no toxic components found in polyacrylamide and is an environmentally friendly chemical grouting material designed for water blocking and seepage prevention. It features low viscosity and strong permeability; the gel exhibits excellent impermeability, viscoelasticity, and resistance to aging. Applicable Standard: JC/T 2037-2010 “Acrylate Grouting Materials.”

Product Features

• Acrylate salts have extremely low viscosity and good permeability, ensuring that the slurry can penetrate into gaps as narrow as 0.1 mm.
• The curing time is adjustable; fast-curing options take only 30 seconds to 2 minutes, while slow-curing options can take more than 10 minutes.
• The gel has high elasticity, with an elongation of up to 200%, effectively addressing the issue of structural expansion and contraction.
• There is no need for continuous contact with water; the added expanding component has a water-induced expansion rate greater than 100%, which resolves the issue of wet-dry cycling in the gel.
• It exhibits excellent adhesion to concrete surfaces; the bond strength exceeds that of the gel itself, and the bonded surface remains intact even if the gel itself is damaged.
• It exhibits good chemical resistance to most acids and alkalis and is not susceptible to biological attack.
