NW-Oil-Soluble Polyurethane Grout (High-Strength)

NW- Oil-Soluble Polyurethane Grouting Material (Reinforced Type) is a polymeric compound containing isocyanate groups (cyanogrout) formed through a chemical polymerization reaction between diisocyanate and polyether polyol. Upon contact with water, this material slowly foams to form a water-insoluble foam with a certain degree of strength, which is used for waterproofing and rapid leak sealing. • It has low viscosity and rapidly reacts with water (or moisture) to gel and expand.
• It has good adhesion to the substrate, high toughness, and excellent overall performance.
• It has a high expansion rate; when it reacts with water, the slurry forms a foam with a volume at least 20 times greater than its original size, thereby filling cracks and providing waterproofing and leak-sealing protection.
• Single-component grouting requires simple construction equipment and is suitable for manual or electric grouting pumps and other grouting equipment.

Applications

It is typically used for rapid waterproofing and leak sealing in basements, kitchens, bathrooms, pools, construction expansion joints, construction joints, and other cracks, and can also be used to fill and reinforce cracks.
